Returns Policy.

We understand that sometimes an item just isn’t quite right! If you need to return or exchange a product, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to send it back—provided it’s in its original condition and was purchased directly from our website.

How to Return an Item

1. Complete the returns form included with your order - please state the reason for the return.

2. Package your item securely – ensure it’s in its original condition.

3. Use your preferred courier to send the item back to us.

4. Keep proof of return postage in case we need to verify your return.

Refunds & Processing Time

💳 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving your return.

⏳ It may take an additional 5 days for the refund to appear in your account.

📩 If your return was made in-store, refunds are processed immediately.

Can I Exchange an Item?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
